San Juan del Sur’s MOVE-IN READY Community
PROGRESS OF DEVELOPMENT
As future residents of San Juan del Sur, buyers are looking for a community setting where they will have neighbors to interact with and recreational activities. Within Lomas de Palermo, a law 306 condo-hotel project is constructed along with a community club house and restaurant. A separate luxury condominium project is in the planning phases and will break ground soon. INFRASTRUCTURE
