Mango Rosa has a corporate golf and surf membership at Hacienda Iguana in Tola.
This means that all guests and homeowners at Mango Rosa not only get the benefits of having Maderas and San Juan Del Sur in your back yard but we can do day and overnight trips to Iguana to play golf and surf Panga Drops and Colorados.

Surf Environment
Mango Rosa is located in the coastal forest on the south Pacific of Nicaragua. Our homes are designed to fit right into the tropical/dry forest. We have both land and boat access waves at our doorstep. Mango Rosa offers luxury living in a super laid back atmosphere. All our homes feature quiet outdoor living on covered paitios, private garden islands, outdoor couches, hammocks and BBQ's.
The People
There are only 16 homes at Mango Rosa and the majority of them were sold personally through word of mouth or casual meetings at the beach. In the center of the seven acre jungle is a 2000 sq foot bar with 50 foot ceilings, pool table, 45 foot swimming pool (lap lane) with beach entry and all the bells and whistles. We have even created a palm tree lined sand box big enough for adults to play volley ball in the day and sit around a bonfire in the evenings. Practice your balance skills on the slackline or just pull up to the bar listen to great music from around the world while enjoying Flor de Caña (best rum on earth) and snack on the list of BBQ'd goodies from the grill.
