Dear Fellow Traveler,
f
you enjoy ocean breezes, magnificent views, plenty of sunshine, and
friendly people, all enveloped in an exclusive sanctuary of privacy
and value, Rancho Santana will appeal to you.
This stunning 1,700-acre reserve known as Rancho Santana (St. Ann's
Ranch) boasts two miles of coastline and three distinct beaches--Playa
Rosada (Rose Beach), Playa Dorada (Golden
Beach), and Playa Escondida (Hidden Beach).
It stretches along the southern Pacific coast of Nicaragua, just 50
miles from the Costa Rican border.
Rancho Santana is set on a rolling hillside rising away from the water,
allowing dramatic Pacific Ocean views no matter where you stand. The
lots on either side of the beaches are cliffside and no less spectacular,
offering magnificent coastal views, brilliant orange-pink sunsets, and
stunningly vivid starlit skies at night.
Every detail at Rancho Santana has been carefully thought out to
enhance and preserve the natural beauty of the place, while still creating
the infrastructure that allows you
to enjoy it. What's more, we've gone to great lengths to make sure that
the culture and ambiance of the country are enriched, rather than eroded,
by our presence. The by-laws of the Land Owner Association for Rancho
Santana guarantee that the area will be developed in a proper manner--consistent
with our own taste for elegance, tradition, and privacy. It will bring
us an exclusive, private retreat with first-class amenities--all
in a desirable, yet incredibly inexpensive location.
And the good news is that if you'd like to join us at Rancho Santana,
there's still plenty of room. We're looking for a small group of forward-thinking
people who like the idea of owning, profiting from, and enjoying one
of the most spectacular stretches of coast land in the world.
Nearly 150 people have purchased
their own piece of Rancho Santana property. And a dozen of these people
have already built spectacular houses as rental and vacation properties.
In fact, I've built my own place at Playa Escondida. My family and I
spend as much time as possible there every year.
We created this website to help you get familiar with the lay of the
land, and our vision for this private development. Here, you'll find the masterplan, photos,
plat maps and drawings of the property that's still available, details
on amenities, infrastructure,
ownership, pricing
information, and much more.
This little corner of the world...this quiet stretch along Nicaragua's
southern coast...remains peaceful and untouched.
I look forward to meeting you at Rancho Santana.
Best regards,

Bill Bonner,
President, International Living Properties S.A.
